Simon Cowell – $24 Million, Malibu

Simon Cowell rose to fame for his honest to goodness feedback as a judge in the reality show, ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and ‘America’s Got Talent.’ Flying between two continents must be a drag for the TV mogul, so it’s no wonder why he got a permanent home in the city of angels, Los Angeles.

The $24 million Malibu mansion has become as famous as its owner since Cowell frequently uses it to film auditions for some of his shows like the ‘X-Factor.’ Hopefully, he’ll give a tour of his enormous garage too since he apparently has a collection of twenty cars!
