Dubbed the queen of Latin music, Shakira’s tremendous success in the studio is unmatched in some quarters, and she remains among the best selling artists in the world. Recently, though, the music genius has paused her studio activities with a focus on raising her family.

She lives in the Spanish capital together with her husband and two kids, after offloading her other properties in the US. The couple purchased this home in 2015 and still resides there. Little is out there about the plush residence, which is covered by trees, something they say swayed their decision to call the place home. Celebrities, too, need their time and quiet, it seems.
