Kevin Smith ~ 200 Pounds, Eating Healthy and Working Out
Kevin Smith says he has never weighed under 200 pounds since high-school, but he managed to do just that recently! So, what exactly inspired him to start working on himself, you wonder? The star suffered a heart attack and knew that he had to change his ways for the sake of his health.
Kevin started by cutting off sugar- which meant no fizzy drinks, no sweets, and less starch. In addition, he started being more physically active and took out his dogs for walks more often, and voila, a 360-degree change! It is certainly impressive how much a slight shift in lifestyle can do to one’s body and mind!
