Sporting a lean figure for twelve long years at a stretch is no mean feat! It’s what Kaley Cuoco did after signing for the fan-favorite role of Penny in ‘The Big Bang Theory.’ How did she pull it off? The answer is lots of yoga and a controlled diet.

At a time when she had to reduce at least 6 pounds for her role, the actress managed to do it without any fuss. Cuoco was successful in getting rid of all the pantry food in exchange for a healthier diet. And by her own admission, she did have cheat days to keep herself from going bonkers with the regime!
