Oprah Winfrey’s weight loss journey is probably among the most covered news in Tinseltown. Early on, she took up a liquid fast and lost almost 67 pounds in the process. Unfortunately, she put on weight once again, and it left her in despair.
At this point, Oprah was introduced to the Weight Watchers Program, which focuses on sustainable processes for shedding extra pounds.
