Kevin James and Steffiana – 16 Years

Before marriage, Kevin was in an on and off relationship with his co-actor Leah Remini. Both worked for a long time on The King Of Queens, and after the show ended, the duo made an appearance on Kevin Can Wait. Now they both share a healthy family-like bond but not married.

Kevin has been married to Steffiana for the last 16 years and is still going strong. They met in 2001 on a blind date. Things went incredibly well, and in 2004, the duo exchanged vows in a ceremony held at Montage Resort, California. Kevin and Steffiana are head over heels in love with each other and the parents of four children.
