Leslie Cockburn and Andrew Cockburn | 45 Years

Remarkable American investigative journalist and director Leslie Cockburn has shown her investigative skills on networks like CBS, NBC, PBS, and 60 Minutes. Numerous honors have been bestowed upon her, including the George Polk Award, the Hillman Prize, and the Emmy award. In addition, Leslie ran for the United States House of Representatives in Virginia in 2018.

Cockburn has been married to her soulmate Andrew Cockburn; also a journalist and author, since 1977. The couple has three children together. Leslie and Andrew have also written numerous books together, including, Dangerous Liaison: The Inside Story of the U.S.-Israeli Covert Relationship and One Point Safe: The True Story of Russian Nuclear Security.
